Fire Pit is trash
The wife got me what looked to be a very nice metal fire pit with a removable top for Father's Day. It worked fine for about four uses, and now all of a sudden the fire won't light.
Brand new gas tank, igniter seems to be working, but the regulator seems to be broken or there is some other reason why gas won't come out through the holes.
I cannot light it even by holding a lighter to it, so I know there's no gas coming out. Then we looked at the reviews on this item and saw that it's not a very reputable company.

Not a real company
There is no such company as Ebern Design. It is a front for a poor quality Chinese company called Natyswan.
I was fooled through wayfair.com, but then we discovered it on our own. The eberndesign.com website looks legitimate at first glance, but dig deeper: look for social media, any other online presence...
There isn't any. And the "address" they give (in Peapack, NJ) is the address for a different business.

Three parts broke during assembly. Now it's just a hulking piece of junk I can't return
Just like a bunch of other cheap crap they're using tiny easily strippable screws. Too many flimsy sandwich parts. Preschoolers could engineer better furniture

I purchased a power recliner 5 months ago. It's not working now.
I'm out $350. I saved for months to buy it, as I'm retired and have a very limited income.

Terrible
I order window scarfs thru wayfair from this company and they got backordered twice now, telling me I have to wait 6 more months. But when I go back on wayfair site it says they are available, wtf!

How can you charge for an item that was not shipped and it has been 3 going on 4 weeks. How about charging after or when you ship it.

Wayfair needs to amend their descriptions. They advertised a closet system, but in fact, the product is not as shown.
It is a closet unit for the top of the wardrobe, but no actual wardrobe is sold. All illustrations show a full wardrobe.
The description is cryptic. Do not buy from them, they are scammers.

Got a chest from them through Wayfair and it came without an assembly guide. I can't find one online to download.
Wayfair customer services keep telling me I should get it by email from the distributor but I haven't, and I can't find a website or number for Ebern Designs anywhere. So frustrating!

Preferred solution: I would like to get the assembly guide otherwise all the parts and pieces are useless to me.

It looks good but inside? a JUNK.
I purchased a mirror, Sippe Rectangle Metal Wall Mirror by Ebern Designs from WAYFAIR.
It has been only a month and half.
The huge mirror that was hanged on the wall fell down suddenly.
The top frame of the mirror itself was detached from the mirror frame.
It was an oversized mirror. Furthermore, it could be a cause of big injuries.
They do not have any warranty, I just lost almost $600 and I only have many works to get rid of the great mirror.

She has contacted wayfair 4 times to resolve lack of delivery of our grandson's dresser. They took our money on march 9 and gave a delivery date of March 15.
No delivery. She contacted wayfair and the said each time give the 24 to 48 hours. Now on 4th contact still at manufacturer inprocess.
Now they delayed long enough they claim we cannot cancel the order. My grandson is out a dresser and we are out the price paid up front and we think businesses should honor timely delivery as stated by their offer period.

No replacement for faulty LED fixtures
I ordered two LED electrical light fixtures, they were wired properly and they worked for about 1 week and then stopped working. I've tried to contact this company without success

I purchased a recliner from them on January 26, 2023 that is defective and extremely dangerous to use. I contacted them on February 18th and have not heard a peep from them.
When I contacted Wayfair about this issue, they said that I could return it for $60 if I wanted a refund despite the item being defective! I would not order from this company again and actually tell people to run, not walk, when it comes to their company's lack of customer service response.
Shame on them. I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company, and open a Better Business Bureau complaint so that no one else has to deal with recliners that are extremely dangerous to use.
